Digital Synergy Design

General questions

We help businesses show up higher in Google search results. In practice that means making sure you have an SEO-friendly website: mapping out the right keywords to target, fixing on-page issues like page titles, headings and internal links, and creating a plan for new content. Then measuring what changed.

For most businesses whose buyers search before they buy, yes. Search behaviour keeps changing, but the underlying mechanic — someone types a question and picks from what appears — has not gone away. What has changed is that thin, undifferentiated content no longer earns anything.

We work across SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare and professional services. The fundamentals travel; what changes is the competition, the regulatory constraints and how buyers search. Tell us your market and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

No. We stay focused on organic search and work alongside whoever runs your paid channels. The two inform each other, and paid data is genuinely useful evidence for organic decisions.

Results and timelines

Usually three to six months. Search engines need time to crawl your changes and reassess the site's authority. We set that expectation upfront on purpose — it protects both of us from a conversation in week six about why nothing has happened yet.

No. Anyone promising guaranteed rankings within 30 days is overselling. We guarantee the work, the reasoning and the reporting; search engines decide the placements and they are not for sale.

Clarity rather than rankings: a completed audit, the top five issues identified and fixed, and an agreed 90-day plan. Technical fixes such as indexation problems can show effect within days.

We diagnose rather than double down. Sometimes the bottleneck turns out to be authority, sometimes the market is simply harder than the data suggested, and occasionally the honest answer is that your budget would do more in another channel. We will say so.

Against a baseline captured before anything changes: positions for the mapped queries, organic impressions and clicks by landing page, and the conversions those pages produce. Vanity metrics stay out of the report.

Working together

Both are possible. Where we have CMS access we implement directly; otherwise we write specifications your developers can work from and review the result. Many clients use a mix.

That is usually the most effective setup. Your team knows the product and the customer; we bring the search side and the sequence. We write briefs and checklists specifically so the standard survives after we leave.

Read access to Google Search Console and your analytics, plus a way to crawl the site. CMS access if we are implementing. We never need administrative control of your accounts.

A monthly written read-out and review, plus whatever conversation the work requires in between. Quarterly we do a deeper strategic review.

You keep everything: the audit, the keyword map, the briefs, the dashboards and the documentation. Nothing is built in a way that holds your data hostage.

Scope and pricing

Because a five-page site and a 40,000-URL store need entirely different work, and a fixed rate would be wrong for at least one of them. Every engagement is discussed and scoped individually after we have seen your situation.

Send the contact form with your website and what you would like to change. We look at the site, come back with questions if needed, and then send a scope and price built for your goals and budget.

Audits are one-off. Retainers usually run six months minimum, simply because meaningful ranking movement takes that long and a shorter term would set everyone up to be disappointed.

Yes. If you want to advertise to our audience, run a joint project or book our services in another form, use the Advertise & Collaborate block on our About or Contact page and we will come back with a tailored proposal.
